Tropical Sunrise Smoothie


  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)


  1. Preparation: Ensure all fruits are properly washed, peeled, and chopped as needed.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the mango chunks, banana, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, orange juice, Greek yogurt (if using), and honey/maple syrup.
  3. Blend Again: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more frozen fruits or ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste Test: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey/maple syrup.
  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses. For an extra touch, garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
  6. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of the tropical sunrise smoothie!
