Il vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 des individus en r\u00e9pondant aux besoins nutritionnels et en r\u00e9duisant le risque d'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et de <a href=\"https:\/\/360care.ca\/fr\/blog\/health-and-wellness\/cardio-vs-resistance-training-in-type-1-diabetes\/\">maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/a> Le guide adopte \u00e9galement une approche moins prescriptive en renon\u00e7ant au nombre de portions recommand\u00e9es pour chaque groupe alimentaire. Il pr\u00e9conise plut\u00f4t une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/360care.ca\/fr\/blog\/nutrition\/decoding-the-nutrition-label\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">choix alimentaires sains<\/a> et met en \u00e9vidence les portions recommand\u00e9es pour chaque groupe alimentaire. suppression du groupe alimentaire des produits laitiers. Les produits laitiers font d\u00e9sormais partie de la section des <a href=\"https:\/\/360care.ca\/fr\/blog\/health-and-wellness\/nutrition-label-spotlight-protein\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prot\u00e9ines<\/a> Il est recommand\u00e9 de choisir davantage de fromages \u00e0 faible teneur en gras, de yogourts \u00e0 faible teneur en gras non sucr\u00e9s et de lait \u00e0 faible teneur en gras non sucr\u00e9.<\/p><p>Le nouveau guide recommande \u00e9galement de choisir plus souvent des boissons \u00e0 base de soja et de plantes. En effet, ces boissons ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus faibles en <a href=\"https:\/\/360care.ca\/fr\/blog\/health-and-wellness\/nutrition-label-spotlight-fat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de gras satur\u00e9s<\/a>, qui augmentent le taux de cholest\u00e9rol LDL (ou \"mauvais\" cholest\u00e9rol). Malheureusement, le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent guide canadien ne proposait aucune suggestion de produits alternatifs aux produits laitiers, si ce n'est de nommer le groupe alimentaire \"produits laitiers et substituts.\" Par cons\u00e9quent, l'inclusion du soja et des produits laitiers \u00e0 base de plantes donne une longueur d'avance au nouveau guide alimentaire canadien.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section href=\"https:\/\/360care.ca\/fr\/blog\/nutrition\/fruit-yes-you-can-eat-it-and-heres-why\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fruits<\/a> et l\u00e9gumes, le nouveau guide recommande de remplir la moiti\u00e9 de votre assiette. Cette m\u00e9thode est pratique, facile \u00e0 retenir et \u00e0 visualiser lors de la planification des repas. De nombreux Canadiens ont trouv\u00e9 que les recommandations du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent guide alimentaire \u00e9taient confuses et difficiles \u00e0 visualiser. Cependant, il soulignait l'importance des fruits et l\u00e9gumes en faisant de ce groupe, la plus grande partie du guide alimentaire. Cela va dans le sens des recommandations \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans le nouveau guide. Les grains entiers sont riches en fibres et li\u00e9s \u00e0 une meilleure sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire, ce qui souligne une distinction importante. Cette recommandation est diff\u00e9rente de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente qui pr\u00e9conise de ne faire que la moiti\u00e9 de vos produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers en grains entiers. Dans ce cas, le guide alimentaire est un peu en retard sur le guide actualis\u00e9 de 2019.
