Apprendre des strat\u00e9gies qui influencent nos niveaux de dopamine change tout en ce qui concerne la motivation.<\/p><p>C'est en influen\u00e7ant nos niveaux de dopamine que nous pouvons augmenter notre motivation et la conserver. Nous pouvons surmonter les difficult\u00e9s et utiliser des strat\u00e9gies pour passer de la d\u00e9motivation \u00e0 la procrastination ou \u00e0 la recherche de confort. Souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la \"mol\u00e9cule du plaisir\", elle est plut\u00f4t appel\u00e9e \"mol\u00e9cule de la motivation\". Il existe une relation entre la dopamine et votre d\u00e9sir de faire des efforts. Avec les bonnes strat\u00e9gies, nous pouvons contr\u00f4ler notre lib\u00e9ration de dopamine ou influencer intentionnellement notre programme de dopamine. Cela permet de contr\u00f4ler la quantit\u00e9 et le moment o\u00f9 notre taux de dopamine augmente.<\/p><p>Lorsque nous sommes au repos ou que nous ne faisons pas grand-chose, le taux de dopamine est faible. Lorsque nous sommes excit\u00e9s par l'anticipation de quelque chose, nos niveaux augmentent. Cela cr\u00e9e un d\u00e9sir d'action (ou une motivation) vers ce que nous anticipons.<\/p><p>Lorsque nous nous engageons dans l'activit\u00e9 qui nous enthousiasme, notre taux de dopamine augmente de 50% \u00e0 100%. Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que si vous pensez \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 que vous d\u00e9sirez, les niveaux de dopamine augmentent dans les m\u00eames proportions. Cette voie de la dopamine nous motive \u00e0 adopter des comportements de survie, et donc, nous motive \u00e0 atteindre n'importe quel objectif.<\/p><p>La motivation est essentiellement un \u00e9quilibre entre le plaisir et la douleur. Chaque fois que vous adoptez un comportement d\u00e9sir\u00e9, vous recevez une d\u00e9charge de dopamine. Cependant, vous obtenez \u00e9galement une augmentation de l'exp\u00e9rience de la douleur ou une envie de reprendre ce comportement. Si nous les c\u00e9l\u00e9brons toutes de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, notre motivation finira par faiblir.<\/p><p>La cl\u00e9 pour maintenir les niveaux de dopamine motivants \u00e0 un niveau suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour nous inciter \u00e0 poursuivre nos objectifs est un programme de renforcement intermittent. Imaginez un joueur qui, de temps \u00e0 autre, remporte un gain. Cela maintient les r\u00e9compenses en dopamine \u00e0 un niveau suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour que le joueur continue \u00e0 jouer en qu\u00eate d'un autre gain.
