Les s\u00e9ances durent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 10 \u00e0 20 minutes et alternent des p\u00e9riodes de travail \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 (comme le sprint) avec des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 ou des p\u00e9riodes de repos.
