Apr\u00e8s une nouvelle journ\u00e9e stressante, nous nous tournons vers nos r\u00e9conforts. Pour certains, c'est la malbouffe et le fait de regarder Netflix en rafale, ou peut-\u00eatre le fait de parcourir les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Ce dont nous ne nous rendons pas forc\u00e9ment compte, c'est que ces comportements de gestion du stress peuvent nous emp\u00eacher d'apporter des changements b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques \u00e0 notre mode de vie. Il existe pourtant des moyens sains et efficaces de faire face \u00e0 ce stress.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5e9e42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b5e9e42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Faire face au stress<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e5f5b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5e5f5b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Notre syst\u00e8me nerveux a deux \u00e9tats: <strong>parasympathique <\/strong>et <strong>sympathique<\/strong>. Ils ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 pour nous maintenir en vie, \u00e0 la fois alertes et bien repos\u00e9s. Notre syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique est notre \u00e9tat de \"repos et de digestion.\" Au contraire, notre syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique est notre \u00e9tat de \"combat, fuite et cong\u00e9lation.\" Historiquement, les humains ont pass\u00e9 la majeure partie de leur vie dans un \u00e9tat de repos central avec des \u00e9v\u00e9nements momentan\u00e9s d'hyper vigilance et de r\u00e9ponses sympathiques. Qu'il s'agisse de chasser une proie ou de combattre un ennemi, ces r\u00e9ponses sympathiques \u00e9taient de courte dur\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s ces bouff\u00e9es d'excitation, de stress ou de peur, notre \u00e9tat parasympathique prenait le dessus. Ainsi, notre respiration redevient normale, notre tension art\u00e9rielle diminue et nous retrouvons un \u00e9tat de calme.<\/p><p>Cependant, notre vie quotidienne a chang\u00e9, et beaucoup d'entre nous sont chroniquement dans un \u00e9tat sympathique. Nous poussons notre syst\u00e8me nerveux \u00e0 bout en \u00e9tant constamment en alerte, pr\u00eats \u00e0 combattre, \u00e0 fuir ou \u00e0 se figer. Lorsque nous sommes anxieux, notre corps est dans un \u00e9tat sympathique presque constant d'hyper vigilance et de tension. Pour certains, des traumatismes pass\u00e9s ont renforc\u00e9 ces voies de combat, de fuite et de peur, faisant d'elles un \u00e9tat par d\u00e9faut. Il est essentiel pour notre sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale que nous trouvions des moyens de contourner cet \u00e9tat et de d\u00e9clencher un \u00e9tat parasympathique. Heureusement, il existe de nombreux moyens \u00e9prouv\u00e9s d'y parvenir. Comme les \u00e9v\u00e9nements pass\u00e9s peuvent renforcer les m\u00e9canismes de stress, nous pouvons renforcer nos m\u00e9canismes parasympathiques de repos et de digestion. La fa\u00e7on dont nous respirons envoie un message \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me nerveux sur l'environnement dans lequel nous nous trouvons. Les respirations courtes et superficielles du stress et de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 envoient des signaux \u00e0 notre corps pour qu'il soit pr\u00eat, alerte et pr\u00eat \u00e0 agir. En revanche, les respirations lentes et profondes du diaphragme indiquent \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me que nous sommes en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u00e9tendus. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/hr200562.pdf\">\u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<\/a> a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le fait de prendre<strong> 6 respirations profondes en 30 secondes<\/strong> peut r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative la pression sanguine et la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, en d\u00e9clenchant une r\u00e9ponse parasympathique.<\/p><p>Une autre pratique de contr\u00f4le de la respiration, simple et facile \u00e0 retenir, est la respiration en bo\u00eete. Imaginez que votre respiration a la forme d'une bo\u00eete carr\u00e9e. D'un c\u00f4t\u00e9, vous inspirez lentement pendant 4 secondes, en haut, vous retenez votre souffle pendant 4 secondes, de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, vous expirez pendant 4 secondes et en bas, vous retenez votre souffle pendant 4 secondes. Il existe de nombreux styles, gourous, programmes et applications qui abordent la m\u00e9ditation de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente. Des applications comme Calm ou Headspace sont utiles pour d\u00e9buter. Une fois que vous aurez d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode efficace, choisissez votre musique anti-stress pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e et faites abstraction du monde ext\u00e9rieur.
