Qu'il s'agisse de grignoter au bureau ou d'avoir envie d'un hamburger alors que le petit-d\u00e9jeuner est \u00e0 peine termin\u00e9, il est difficile de lutter contre la faim! Si vous vous surprenez \u00e0 manger plus fr\u00e9quemment ou en r\u00e9action \u00e0 certaines \u00e9motions, il se peut que ce ne soit pas la faim que vous ressentez.
