What we believe
Care should follow the person, not the appointment. Small changes that survive a bad week beat perfect plans that collapse on Tuesday. And nobody should have to become their own case manager to stay well.
So we brought registered dietitians, nurses, connected devices and a support team into one program, and made it free to members whose employer or insurer covers it.
